Each fall we ask families to put together an emergency kit for each of their children at Grant. These kits have food items, a blanket, a personal note from a parent and are kept in the classrooms in advance preparation for an emergency situation. A flyer regarding these kits goes out to families in September. The kits are returned at the end of school.
