When you purchase "paper" Scrip, you're purchasing gift certificates/cards that are used just like cash. You can use Scrip to purchase everyday items like food, clothing and other essentials OR you can purchase them to give as gifts. Grant School PTA buys the Scrip from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discount and re-sells the certificates for full face value. The discount - from two to fifteen percent - is Grant PTA's revenue. For example, if you purchase a $25 Amazon.com Scrip certificate, you automatically donate $1.00 (4%) to Grant School PTA. If you buy the same amount in Safeway Scrip, you automatically donate $0.75 (3%) to the school.

Order Scrip by stopping by the green table located outside the school office before/after school OR by e-mailing the name of the Scrip vendor and quantity of Scrip you require along with your name and contact information to grantscrip@sbcglobal.net. We will confirm the order with you by phone &/or e-mail and make arrangements for payment & delivery. If we have the Scrip in stock at the time of the order, you will receive your Scrip within 24-48 hours. For Scrip we do not have in stock, orders will be placed on the 15th & 30th of each month. It will take approximately one week from the time the order is placed to receive this Scrip. Please note that all orders larger than $200 require pre-payment.
